The vector engine works in a similar way to those used by Adobe Flash or Microsoft WPF, however this Delphi WPF utility uses a great number of additional features for maximum customization and control over the design of your applications. VGScene also provides users with a number of bitmap effects such as blurring and drop shadows, although they are rendered in software.
